SCRUDE’s mission is to transform rural and climate-vulnerable communities into resilient, self-sustaining economic hubs by empowering households through climate-smart livelihoods, resource mobilization, research, capacity building, and advocacy.

We are committed to equipping communities—particularly women-led and vulnerable households—with the knowledge, skills, and opportunities needed to enhance food security, strengthen incomes, and build long-term resilience.
